Love B2B tech marketing and want variety, ownership, and flexibility?
Stirling Marketing is a B2B marketing agency that partners with fast-growing technology, SaaS, and services brands across Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and Japan. We help our clients accelerate revenue, build strong pipelines, and stand out in competitive markets.
We are a remote-first, high-performance team that thrives on helping clients succeed. Our culture is client-first, quality-obsessed, fast-moving, and flexible. We go above and beyond to deliver exceptional work, and while that sometimes means long hours and tight turnarounds, it also means variety, autonomy, and the chance to do work you are genuinely proud of.
We embrace technology, from project management through to AI tools, to work smarter, move faster, and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
We value initiative, ownership, attention to detail, and responsiveness. If you love being trusted to deliver, enjoy working across different time zones, and get a buzz from exceeding client expectations, you will fit right in.
We Are Measured on Pipeline and Revenue
Every client we work with sets us hard targets: registrations, qualified leads, pipeline generated, revenue influenced. We report against those numbers every week and we are held to them.
That shapes how you will work. Every campaign, every event, every follow-up sequence gets built backwards from a number. If an activity will not move pipeline, we do not run it. You will know your clients' targets by heart, and you will be the person who calls it early when something needs to change.
About the Role
You will lead marketing delivery across a handful of B2B tech clients. That means:
- Owning multi-channel campaigns across email, paid, content, and digital (owning execution and liaising with external consultants)
- Running weekly WIPs and acting as the day-to-day client contact
- Managing timelines, assets, and stakeholder communications in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Monday.com
- Planning and executing events, from owned conferences to executive roundtables and trade show sponsorships
- Always asking: will this drive revenue? Will this build pipeline? Then tweaking accordingly
You will own the execution and the results, ensuring every campaign, event, and project drives real business outcomes.
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Plan, build, and deliver marketing campaigns across email, paid media, content, and digital platforms using client systems, primarily HubSpot and Salesforce
- Write marketing copy and content yourself, including emails, landing pages, event invitations, social posts, and nurture sequences
- Coordinate with designers, writers, and digital specialists to deliver high-quality assets on time and aligned to client goals
- Manage and execute events, including executive roundtables, conferences, and trade show sponsorships, from invites through to follow-up (occasional travel may be required for event support)
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements that drive stronger pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Lead weekly client WIP meetings, guiding the client with strategic input, suggesting new ideas, showing your work openly, and building trust through transparency
- Track your time and project progress in Monday.com and Clockify so hours and deliverables stay on course
- Use AI tools to work smarter, from research and first drafts through to brainstorming and streamlining content creation
- Stay responsive and proactive throughout the week, so clients feel confident, supported, and impressed
About You
You have at least five years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in an agency or tech/SaaS environment. You are confident, client-savvy, and great at turning ideas into execution. You do not wait to be told what to do, you just do it.
- Comfortable leading client conversations and handling feedback
- Strong project management skills across both digital campaigns and events
- Data-aware, you understand performance metrics and how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue
- You genuinely enjoy marketing, and doing it well
Tools and Platforms
You will work across a variety of client systems. Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is what matters most to us, since that is where our clients live.
Internally we run on Monday.com for project management, Clockify for time tracking, and AI to work smarter and faster, so being comfortable with digital tools and open to AI is important.
A strong understanding of B2B marketing channels and the ability to pick up new tools quickly matters more to us than deep technical expertise in any one platform.
